Purpose of the Program:

The Disabled Care and Rehabilitation program makes it a habit of using disabled care knowledge and techniques with the education of our students, to encourage disabled people and those in need of care to life, to relieve them from future anxiety, to use their leisure time productively, to be sensitive and protective towards their own body and living spaces. It is a program that serves to train manpower. It accepts students with the TYT score type.

Training Process:

In order to successfully complete all the courses in the program (equivalent to a total of 120 ECTS), it is necessary to achieve a grade point average of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 and to successfully complete the compulsory summer internship covering 30 working days.

Employment Opportunities:

Disabled care technicians can work in official and private care and rehabilitation centers affiliated to the Ministry of Family and Social Policies, nursing homes, medical centers and polyclinics providing primary health care, physical therapy and rehabilitation units, special education centers, relevant areas of municipalities and homes of disabled individuals.
