AYBÜ Software Engineering students ranked among the top 18 projects nationwide in the TUSAŞ LIFT UP Industry-Oriented Graduation Projects Program, showcasing the department's excellence in AI-driven aerospace research.
The TÜBİTAK 1005-funded MUSAADE project, led by Assist. Prof. Dr. Rasha Osman, aims to develop an AI-powered job interview simulation to support adults who stutter and improve their employment application process.

The AYBU Software Engineering 2026 Graduation Projects Exhibition was successfully completed. Through the AYBU Software Project Showcase, projects, jury evaluations, and award-winning works were presented digitally.
AYBÜ Software Engineering Club (ASEC) organized its Spring Picnic that had a great interest last year once again this year. Club members had fun and strengthened their bonds in this gathering that expands to the nature from the screen.

ASEC Club organized a picnic on Sunday, May 4th 2025, at Harikalar Diyarı. Throughout the picnic, various activities were held for our club members.
ASEC Club will hold the STUDENTS SPEAK: Internship Abroad – Dream or Reality? seminar. Students who went to abroad internships will talk about their experiences and information they learnt.
An AI-Supported Preliminary Assessment Model for Use in Patients with Dizziness project involving our faculty member Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hilal Arslan has been awarded the Digital Transformation and Innovative Perspective in Healthcare Award.
ASEC Club held A Woman's Touch in the Digital Age event with multiple presenters including our Department Chair Hilal Arslan. Various topics about the experiences of women in their entrepreneurship endaevours were discussed.
ASEC Club held IT Security and System Management Event with the participation of Sezai Yılmaz. Discussions about cyber security and network security were made during the event.
