Graduation

General Graduation Requirements

At Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, the fundamental criteria that students must meet for associate and undergraduate graduation are as follows:

1. Completion of Compulsory Courses

   All compulsory courses in the curriculum must be taken and successfully completed.

2. Completion of ECTS Credits

   In undergraduate (4-year) programs, at least 240 ECTS must be completed.

3. Internship

   Successful completion of 2 compulsory internships is required.

4. Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA)

   The cumulative GPA must be at least 2.00 out of 4.00.

5. Graduation Project

   Two graduation projects must be fully completed.

6. Elective Courses Taken in Accordance with the Curriculum

   Elective courses must be taken in compliance with the respective program and successfully completed:

   • 50 ECTS department electives(Elective courses and courses approved by the departmental committee from other departments. The list of elective courses that can be taken is available at the link below.: Syllabus)
   • 6 ECTS faculty or university electives
