Organized by AYBU MATEC, our students visited Nurol Technology in Gölbaşı. Observing advanced ballistic ceramics and armor production on-site, they gained valuable industry insights at the Ceramics Center of Excellence.
As part of the 'MSE101 Introduction to Materials Engineering' course, our first-year students visited Alp Global, a key player in the composite industry, to observe advanced manufacturing processes on-site.
Our first-year students visited ERDEMİR, one of Turkey's largest iron and steel plants, to learn the fundamentals of metallurgy on-site as part of their 'MSE101 Introduction to Materials Engineering' course.
As part of the 'Powder Based Production Methods' course, our students had the opportunity to observe powder metallurgy processes on-site at the TMC Powder Metal facilities.
In the meeting organized as part of the 'MSE101 Introduction to Materials Engineering' course, Adnan Akman from IFW Dresden and Alpercan Kurdaş from ROKETSAN shared their career journeys in academia and industry with our students.
On September 24, 2025, an orientation meeting was held for the 1st-year students of the Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering.
The 2024–2025 academic year graduation ceremony was held on Friday, May 30, 2025.
