Our department's students organized a technical visit to the Nurol Teknoloji Kahramankazan Composite Factory in collaboration with MATEC (Materials Engineers Club). At Nurol Teknoloji, Turkey's first and only advanced technical ceramics manufacturer, they had the opportunity to closely observe the production processes of armor and ballistic shields made using ballistic ceramics. By examining the production stages of these products, which are critical for security forces and military personnel, they gained insights into innovative technologies in the industry.
