First Step
Our student must fill out the Internship Commitment and submit it to the Internship Commission for a wet signature in order to request a letter of undertaking stating that the insurance (SGK premiums) will be covered by AYBU Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences in order to submit it to the companies in compulsory internship applications.
Second Step
Students who agree with a company to do an internship must fill out the Compulsory Internship Document and have it signed by the representative of the company where they will do the internship.
Third Step
Student must have the Compulsory Internship Certificate signed by the company official, approved by the Internship Commission.
Students must also sign the GSS Declaration and Commitment, in which they declare their status of benefiting from health services within the scope of general health insurance. This document has to be submitted to the Internship Commission with a wet signature along with the Compulsory Internship Certificate.
Internship Evaluation Form
You can download the Internship evaluation form here. This form must be filled out by an engineer working at the company where the internship is performed. This form can (1) be delivered to the Internship Committee in a closed and sealed envelope, or (2) an electronic copy can be sent from a company e-mail address to mce.internship@aybu.edu.tr.
