Step One
In order to present to companies during mandatory internship applications, students must fill out the Internship Commitment Letter to request an official statement declaring that SGK insurance premiums will be covered by AYBU Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, and submit it to the Internship Commission for a handwritten signature.
Step Two
Students who reach an agreement with a company for their internship must complete the Mandatory Internship Document and have it signed by the company representative where they will complete their internship.
Step Three
The student must have the Mandatory Internship Document, signed by the company representative, approved by the Internship Commission.
Students must also sign the General Health Insurance (GSS) Declaration and Commitment Form stating their eligibility to benefit from healthcare services within the scope of general health insurance.
This document must be submitted with a handwritten signature to the Internship Commission together with the Mandatory Internship Document. 📎 GSS Declaration and Commitment Form.docx
Internship Evaluation Form
This form must be completed by an engineer working at the company where the internship is carried out. The form can either be (1) submitted to the department Internship Commission in a sealed and stamped envelope, or (2) sent electronically from a company email address to mce.internship@aybu.edu.tr. 📎 Internship Evaluation Form.pdf
Mandatory Internship Letter
The Mandatory Internship Letter is a document showing that the student is required to complete an internship and that the internship is officially approved. This document provides the official permission for the student to start the internship and guarantees that the internship is recognized by the university.
