Students who will undertake internships must start their internship procedures as of Monday, 16.03.2026, in order for their insurance processes to be initiated. Since the internship obligation and insurance documents to be submitted to companies will now include electronic signatures, there will be no need to have these documents additionally signed by applying to the internship commission members.
Students are required to submit their internship acceptance documents signed by the company to the Mechanical Engineering Department Secretary, Hüseyin SAĞ, no later than 01.06.2026, which is the start date of the final exams.
The submitted documents will be checked, and the final decision will be shared with the students on 08.06.2026.
Students whose documents require corrections must complete the necessary changes (such as company changes, etc.) and submit their documents no later than the last day of the make-up exams (28.06.2026).
