The submission date for internship documents has not yet been finalized; however, it will take place during the second week of the final term. The exact date, location, and time will be clarified and announced separately in the coming days.
Students who will write an Internship Report must submit the following documents in a single yellow envelope with the flap open:
Internship Report and logbook
Sealed Performance Evaluation Form
Internship Continuation Form
Internship Attendance Form
Students writing articles must submit the following documents in a single yellow envelope, with the flap open:
Plagiarism Declaration Form (two copies)
Work ethics approval
Article signature form
Plus one (1) printed copy of the article

Submissions will be made in exchange for a signature. If a friend will submit your work on your behalf, the person making the submission must present a letter written and signed by you stating that they will make the submission.
