Within the survey, you are required to provide information about the courses you are taking outside your department. The information you submit will be used to resolve or minimize potential conflicts during the final exam period.
To prevent administrative difficulties caused by late submissions, the survey will be closed after the date and time specified above. Therefore, it is important that you complete the survey by the stated deadline; late submissions will not be accepted.
