Important Announcement for Students Participating in National Internships in 2025

Dear Students,

Those who will be undertaking internships within the scope of the 2025 National Internship Program are required to carry out their internship procedures by paying attention to the points outlined below:

  • All procedures related to the National Internship Program will be conducted in accordance with the 2025 National Internship Program Implementation Directive. (In case of any changes, updates regarding the new directive will be shared again.)

  • Students are responsible for following the announcements published via the OBS system and our Faculty website. Therefore, any issues arising from failure to comply with the instructions announced through these channels will be the responsibility of the students participating in the internship.

  • In order for your SGK (Social Security Institution) employment entry and exit premiums to be processed, the following documents must be submitted either in person or scanned and sent as a PDF via your official email address registered in OBS to our Faculty’s email address: itbf@aybu.edu.tr, no later than 7 business days before the internship start date:

    1. The EK-6 form specified in the National Internship Program Implementation Directive (after being signed by the institution where you will be interning)

    2. The SGK Eligibility Certificate, which can be obtained from the following link: https://www.turkiye.gov.tr/spas-mustahaklik-sorgulama

Please note: Students who have graduated and completed their graduation procedures are not eligible for SGK premium payments.
