The Department of Industrial Engineering at AYBU offers an interdisciplinary education designed to equip students with skills in analytical thinking, mathematical modeling, problem-solving, data analysis, decision-making, and systems design.

The medium of instruction in the program is English. An English-medium education enables students to follow international academic literature, pursue career opportunities in global companies, and benefit more effectively from graduate education opportunities.

These components include Industrial Practice I–II, Graduation Project I–II, and the elective course ENGR450 Engineering Application on Site – Candidate Engineering.

Within the scope of the ENGR450 course, students have the opportunity to observe engineering practices in a real organizational environment and work on an actual problem throughout an academic semester.
