First of all, internship reports must be English. Turkish internship report cannot be filled. Your reports must be complete within the framework of the “Writing Rules” on the website. The responsibility of the undelivered evaluation forms belongs to the student.

4. I have an insurance from my company. Still, should I fill in the insurance registry form?
No. Just give the compulsory Internship Application Form.
5. Internship has changed early than the date I specified in the insurance registry form or the dates I will do internship have changed. What should I do in this situation?

9. What will be the signing in the internship report?
Electronic signature on the cover page of the internship report is required. If there is no electronic signature, the cover page should be signed and scanned.
10. When I try to answer the production-service internship questions, I encounter questions that we did not cover yet? What should I do?
You can pass questions about the issues that you do not cover, or by doing a certain research, you can produce solutions according to it after you have information about the subject. Since you have a grade from the internship according to your answers, it is recommended to try to answer all questions as much as you can.
11. How should I prepare the internship evaluation form?
The internship evaluation form must be prepared by your supervisor and delivered to you in closed envelope. The content of the form should not be seen by the student, and the supervisor should sign the cover of the envelope.
