Our Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Prof. Dr. Hüseyin ÇINAR, presented the paper titled “An Evaluation of Food and Drinks in Ottoman Imarets in the Light of Endowments (The Istanbul Example).”
Lecturer Dr. Mücahide Nihal ENGEL contributed with the paper “Center-Province Relations in the Mid-18th Century: The Case of Egypt.”
Research Assistant Dr. Betül TEZCAN presented the paper “Family in Ankara from a Demographic Perspective in the Last Quarter of the 18th Century.”
They participated in the 3rd International Ottoman Studies Congress held in Istanbul from September 7 to 9, organized jointly by Sakarya University OSAMER and Istanbul Medeniyet University.
