The AYBU History Society will organise a trip to the National Struggle Exhibition at the Nation’s Library. We will meet at the entrance of Millet Library on 29 March 2021 at 09:00. Some introductory information; The 'National Struggle Exhibition' at the library will introduce very important historical documents and fascinating wartime memorabilia, brought together for the first time specifically for this exhibition. Additionally, the original handwritten order of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, “Armies, your first goal is the Mediterranean. Forward!” as well as the original documents of the National Pact (Misak-ı Milli), the Treaty of Lausanne, the proclamation of the Republic, and many other important documents, which have never been exhibited before, will be presented for the attention of history enthusiasts. At the same time, the flag hoisted in the Parliament on 23 April 1920, the original manuscript of Nutuk, the weapons and personal items of the National Struggle commanders, Sütçü İmam's pistol, the original manuscript of the Turkish National Anthem, The sign with a verse from the Qur'an written on it, hung in the first parliament, and the political and military treasures of the Republic’s history will be displayed.
