Asst. Prof. Hami Doruk Köse, a faculty member of our department, has been honored with the 2024 PhD Incentive Award by the İlhan Tekeli Urbanism Culture Foundation.

Assistant Professor Esin Kıvrak Köroğlu’s article, “Avrupa'da Sağ Siyasetin Dönüşümü: Söylem Yaklaşımı Çerçevesinde Bir Değerlendirme,” has been published in the Marmara Üniversitesi Siyasal Bilimler Dergisi.

Our Head of Department, Prof. Dr. Yılmaz Bingöl, presented a paper titled "Bureaucracy in the Context of Public Relations and Democracy" at a TÜBİTAK-supported project workshop.
Asst. Prof. Güliz Dinç and Res. Asst. Kemal Ufuk from our department presented their papers at the IVth International Congress on Language, Thought, and Religious Sciences, hosted by Mardin Artuklu University.
Our faculty member, Prof. Dr. Ayşe Çolpan Kavuncu, has been awarded a prestigious TÜBİTAK 1001 grant for her project.
The 2024–2025 Academic Year Orientation Program was held on 19 September 2024, featuring an overview of the faculty’s departments and key student systems.
Our 2023-2024 Graduation Ceremony has been held! We congratulate all our graduates, especially those with honors, and wish them great success in their future careers.
Our current research assistant, Kemal Ufuk, and former research assistant, Metin Tarancı, have co-authored a chapter titled "Japan's Artificial Intelligence Policies" in the new book "Artificial Intelligence and Public Policy."
