Assistant Professor Gencer Karabekir KARAGENÇ, one of our department’s faculty members, presented his paper titled “Oysa Herkes Öldürür Sevdiğini": Kimi Bir Afla, Kimi Bir İmar İzniyle, Kimi Bir Alınmayan Önlemle... ["Yet Everyone Kills the One They Love": Some by an Amnesty, Some by a Zoning Permit, Some by a Measure Not Taken...] at the 26. Uluslararası Kamu Yönetimi Forumu [KAYFOR26 - 26th International Public Administration Forum], and the aforementioned study has been published in the proceedings booklet (pp. 1118–1120).
