The following arrangement will be applied for our students who have overlaps in the midterm exam schedule for the Fall Semester 2025-2026
Conflict Resolution: Among the two overlapping midterm exams, students are advised to prioritize and attend the non-departmental (alan dışı) course exam.
Make-up Exam Eligibility: Students who attend the non-departmental course exam and are consequently unable to attend to the departmental course exam will have right to apply for a make-up examination for the missed departmental course exam.
Application Procedure: When applying for the make-up exam for the departmental course, applicants must provide a justification detailing the overlap and submit a additional documentation that proves the overlap.
