Academic and Administrative Staff who wish to enter the parking lots of our University's Esenboğa Complex Campus, Çubuk Central Campus, Etlik July 15 Martyrs Building Campus, Etlik National Will Building Campus, Faculty of Medicine Bilkent Campus, and Cinnah Education and Training Building Campuses with their vehicles will be able to obtain their Vehicle Decals from the Traffic Chief Unit under the Directorate of Protection and Security Branch after logging in via the link below and uploading the required documents as of 01.09.2025.

Due to the insufficient capacity of our University's Etlik July 15 Martyrs Building Campus parking lot, 30 Vehicle Decals (Holograms) have been planned for our students; 10 vehicle parking spaces have been allocated to 4th-grade students, 10 vehicle parking spaces to 3rd-grade students, 5 vehicle parking spaces to 2nd-grade students, and 5 vehicle parking spaces to 1st-grade students studying at the July 15 Martyrs Building Campus. Evaluations will be made by our University Traffic Board according to the application order. Our students who will apply for the Etlik July 15 Martyrs Building Campus parking space must submit their applications between 01.09.2025 and 10.09.2025 without paying a fee.
Due to the insufficient capacity of our University's Etlik National Will Building Campus, Faculty of Medicine Bilkent Campus, and Cinnah Education and Training Building Campus parking lots, Vehicle Decals (Holograms) will not be sold to our students.
NOTE: The vehicle decal quota for the July 15 Martyrs Campus is full.
In this context, applications submitted due to the quota being exceeded will not be processed.
