Our university was established in accordance with the resolution published in the Official Gazette dated July 21, 2010, and numbered 27648, and commenced its educational activities on October 3, 2011. Following the initiation of instruction at our university, our Department was founded through the merger of the Comptroller's Unit and the Support Services Unit, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 124.
Our Department operates within the framework of the authority and responsibilities conferred upon it by the relevant legislation. As a constituent unit of our university—which aims to maximize its contribution to the production, application, and dissemination of knowledge, to enlighten society, and to become a highly respected institution on both national and international platforms—our Department meticulously fulfills its duties to help the university achieve this visionary goal.
Our Department aims to support efforts focused on enhancing efficiency in education alongside its knowledgeable, skilled, creative, and innovative personnel, who possess a strong sense of institutional belonging and integrate the latest contemporary and scientific developments into their work.
