Our university was established pursuant to the decision published in the Official Gazette dated July 21, 2010 and numbered 27648, and it commenced education on October 3, 2011. Following the start of education at our university, our Department was established through the merger of the Comptroller Department and the Department of Support Services, as stipulated in Decree Law No. 124.
Our Department operates in line with the authority and responsibilities granted to it by the relevant laws and regulations. As a unit of our university, which aims to become a respected institution at national and international platforms that contributes at the highest level to the production, use, and dissemination of knowledge and enlightens society, our Department meticulously fulfills its responsibilities in helping the university achieve this bright goal.
Our Department strives to support efforts aimed at increasing efficiency in education and training through its personnel, who closely follow all contemporary and scientific developments and reflect them in their work, and who possess a strong sense of belonging, as well as knowledge, skills, creativity, and innovative qualities.
