This symposium, which will be organized by our department and the Ülken Academy of Social Sciences, is titled “Manifestations of Islamic Urbanism from Past to Present” and will be held for the fifth time on 15-16 March 2023, aims to address, discuss and explain Islamic cities in a multifaceted way, to share original perspectives and to contribute to this field. The contributions of the papers prepared for this symposium are valued.
On the other hand, the purpose of the symposium is to equip undergraduate and postgraduate students with the necessary skills to conduct independent research, to interpret and analyze scientific problems and data from a broad and deep perspective.
It is emphasized that the papers should be addressed in a more specific and narrow framework rather than general topics. The papers presented at the symposium will be published afterward.
