In accordance with Article 44/c of Law (a), undergraduate students whose maximum period of study has expired and are therefore subject to dismissal from the Faculty will be granted two additional exam rights for graduation, as specified in Letter (b) and Calendar (c) issued by the relevant authorities.
The official announcement has been published on the Student Affairs Department website. Accordingly:

Applications for the First Maximum Duration End Exam must be submitted to the Department Chair by the end of working hours on Friday, July 4, 2025, and applications for the Second Maximum Duration End Exam must be submitted by Monday, July 14, 2025, using the petition form provided below.

The first set of exams will be held on July 9–11, 2025, and the second set will take place on July 17–18, 2025.

Students who do not apply for the Maximum Duration End Exams will be considered to have waived their rights.
