Students who are doing an internship or writing an article as part of the Graduation Work course must submit certain documents to us.
The submission date for these documents will be during the final exam period (probably the second week of final exams). The exact date will be finalized and announced in the coming days.
In addition to submitting their documents, students doing internships must upload their internship reports to the intihal.net system for plagiarism checking.
The deadline for uploading internship reports and logs to the system is Monday, January 12, 2025, at 23:59. The system will close after this date. Even if your internship reports and other required documents have been physically submitted, your internship reports will not be read if the internship report file has not been uploaded to the system by the specified date.
To register on intihal.net, you must use your @aybu.edu.tr email address, and your registration requires approval from the library administrator.
As the approval process may take time, we kindly request that you register now to avoid any delays.
Once your registration is approved, log in to intihal.net and use the “Upload Document” section.
Write the title in the following format: Ad_Soyad_ÖğrenciNumarası (Example: Hasan_Duymus_21601569)

Please upload your internship report as a Word file (.docx, .doc).
Name the Word file you are uploading in the following format: Staj_raporu_Ad_Soyad_ÖğrenciNumarası (Example: Staj_raporu_Hasan_Duymus_21601569)
Please do not ask the internship committee members questions such as “My plagiarism report percentage is high, can I upload it again?”
If there is a situation that needs to be corrected other than plagiarism, the instructor evaluating the report will contact you and ask you to re-upload the file within a certain period of time.
Students who have completed their reports can upload them to the system now, without waiting for the submission date.
Students who write articles do not need to upload them to this system.
