Within the scope of the presentation, firstly, the Judicial System in the United States of America will be briefly mentioned, and then the requirements for legal education will be explained. Then, the application criteria for the attorney ship and bar exams will be noted. Finally, it will be discussed how to practice the legal profession in federal and state systems.
