APPLICABLE PRINCIPLES REGARDING THE THREE COURSE EXAMS FOR GRADUATION
1. A student with an AGNO or higher is given the right to take an exam for once, until the beginning of the following semester/year at the latest, for a maximum of three failed courses, except for the internship and vocational training courses in business administration, who successfully complete all the other courses except three courses of the program they are registered until the last semester/year, according to the provisions of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education Regulations, fulfil all the obligations related to the program, and have a CGPA of 2.00. In the Faculty of Medicine, this period is until the family medicine period education-intern education.
- Failed lessons; These are the courses the student took and stayed by providing the continuation condition.
- They cannot take additional exams from the courses that they have received a letter grade of DZ and have never taken.
2. Students whose CGPA is below 2.00, even though they did not get FF and FD grades in the last semester/year, can take the exam in at most three courses for which they received DD, DC or CC grades over the previous two semesters/year. They use these exam rights during the course registration week at the beginning of the following semester/year. There is no makeup exam for those who do not take this exam.
3. Students who fail these exams must take the failed courses by registering for the courses in the first semester they are opened.
4. The grade obtained in the Additional Exam is valid and will be recorded on the transcript.
5. The passing letter grade is CC.
