There has been a common opinion that there was a need for new regulations in the area of “child delivery and establishing a personal relationship with the child” due to some problems experienced during the execution of the relevant judgments given by the courts. In November 2021, through “the Law on the Amendment of the Law of Execution and Bankruptcy and other Laws”, some changes were made on the execution of court decisions regarding child delivery and establishing a personal relationship with the child. Following the so-called amendment, the relevant provisions in the Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law were repealed; the new provisions are included as the “Fourth Part” of the Child Protection Law No. 5395. In this study, we will discuss how to fulfil the requirements of the court decrees with regard to the child delivery and establishing a personal relationship with the child after the so-called amendment.
