222. Wednesday Seminar at Ankara Yildirim Beyazit Univeristy Faculty of Law, titled ‘The
Issue of Gaye (Objective) in Islamic Law’, will be presented by Research Assistant Hatice
Atalay.
In the presentation, the importance of gaye (objective) and its functions will be evaluated in the
light of makasid (purpose), maslahat (affair) and ictihad (jurisprudence).
