In 221. Wednesday Seminar, a presentation titled as “Joint Custody after Divorce” will be given by Research Assistant Nagehan Çakır.
Within the scope of the presentation, first of all, the purpose, characteristics and legal nature of custody will be examined. Then, the concept of joint custody will be explained and the possibility of joint custody after divorce in Turkish Family Law will be assessed through the judicial decisions and the doctrine.
