216. Wednesday Seminar titled “Deceased Collusion: The Reasons that Impel the Deceased to Collusion” will be held by Research Assistant Elif Avci.
In the presentation, the concept of deceased collision will be examined. The Court of Cassation’s decision of joint chambers dated 1.04.1974 and numbered ½ will be addressed. Finally, the reasons which impel the deceased to collusion will be explained and the decisions of the Court of Cassation on this issue will be scrutinised.
