In the 214th Wednesday Seminar, Research Assistant Hilal Büşra Osmanlı from AYBU Faculty of Law, Private International Law Department will make a presentation titled as ‘International Child Abduction the Concept of Serious Risk in Times of Pandemic’. In her presentation, the application of international child abduction during the global pandemic will be discussed. First of all, the concepts of international child abduction and serious risk will be examined. Then, a statement will be made on the subject through the disputes and judicial decisions that rendered during the COVID-19 process.
