In the 209th Wednesday Seminar, Research Assistant Mehmet Zahid Yener will make a presentation titled as ‘Brokerage Contract for Leveraged Transactions’. Firstly, an intellectual background to leveraged buy-out contracts will be given. After defining the so-called contract, its legal characteristics will be referred. Subsequently, parties and elements of this contract will be explained. And the presentation will conclude with explanations of the parties’ obligations and termination of the contract.
