As of 14 November 2025, with the approval of our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ali Cengiz Köseoğlu, a change of administration has taken place at the Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Center for Migration Policies Research and Application.
The former Director of the Center, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Zafer Sağıroğlu, has handed over his duties to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nuri Salık, who has been appointed as the new Director. Within the scope of the new appointments, Dr. Mehmet Sadık Gür and M. Mustafa İyi have been appointed as Deputy Directors.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ali Zafer Sağıroğlu, who served as the founding Director of the Center and made significant contributions to its institutional development, as well as to all academics who have contributed to the Center to date. We wish the newly appointed administrators every success in their duties.
