The article entitled “Shariah Screening and Inflation Pass-Through: Evidence from Global Islamic Equity Sectors” by Prof. Dr. Cem Korkut, Head of the Department of Finance and Banking at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Faculty of Business, has been published in SN Business & Economics, a Scopus-indexed Q3 journal published by Springer Nature.
The study examines how Shariah screening influences the transmission of inflation to equity returns across global Islamic equity sectors, with particular emphasis on the Financials sector. The findings provide valuable insights into the inflation sensitivity of Shariah-compliant financial assets and contribute to the broader literature on Islamic finance and inflation exposure.
