📘 About the Program
The Master’s Program in Finance and Banking with Thesis aims to provide students with a comprehensive academic foundation that integrates modern finance theories with practical analytical skills. The program focuses on key areas such as financial management, banking practices, investment analysis, risk management, fintech, and sustainable finance.
🏛️ Admission Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (YÖK equivalency required for international applicants),
• Have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.25/4.00,
• Obtain at least 70 on the ALES (Equal Weight or Quantitative) or present an equivalent GRE/GMAT score,
• Score at least 70 on YDS or YÖKDİL, or submit an equivalent internationally recognized English proficiency result,
• Successfully pass the interview stage.
🎯 Program Structure and Degree Requirements
• The language of instruction is English.
• Students are required to successfully complete 7 courses (compulsory and elective), one seminar, and a master’s thesis, totaling 120 ECTS.
• The thesis component is a key element of the program, enabling students to develop academic depth and applied research skills in finance and banking.
This program prepares graduates for both academic research pathways and professional roles that require advanced financial analytical expertise in the private and public sectors.
