The Turkish Language and Literature Department Quality and Accreditation Commission held its regular meeting to plan quality assurance activities for the Spring Semester of 2026. The main agenda of the meeting was the evaluation of the detailed “Quality Calendar” covering the period January-June 2026, as announced by the faculty administration, specifically for the department. The meeting also discussed the outcomes of the Internal Stakeholder Meeting held on the same day and evaluated the requests of the Turkish Language and Literature Department class representatives regarding the inclusion of an AI-based editing course, language training in English and Persian specific to the field, and program objectives and outcomes.
Reviews of the calendar included the time planning and distribution of responsibilities for critical quality processes such as bringing the program's teaching objectives and outcomes into line with FEDEK standards, operating internal and external stakeholder feedback mechanisms, updating the curriculum within the scope of the Bologna processes, conducting student and graduate satisfaction surveys, and ensuring course file and exam document standards.
