Within the scope of the program to be implemented in cooperation between Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University and İŞKUR (the Turkish Employment Agency), young participants will gain both work experience and income support. University students will have the opportunity to work in areas suitable to their interests and skills while continuing their education.
Participants may work up to three days per week and will receive a daily payment of 1,083 TL. Those who participate for 14 days will receive approximately 15,162 TL in income support. Short-term social security premiums will be covered by the state.
Participants may take up to 10 days of leave within the program period, provided that they inform and receive approval from the contractor. No payment will be made for the leave period, and social security notifications will be made based on the remaining active participation days.
The program will be carried out between November 3, 2025, and May 24, 2026.
Under the İŞKUR Youth Program, a total of 1,294 quotas have been allocated for Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University students as follows:

Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must:
a) Be a citizen of the Republic of Türkiye,
b) Be registered with İŞKUR,
c) Be at least 18 years old,
ç) Not receive a retirement or disability pension,
d) Not have been employed by the contractor or its affiliates within one year prior to the application date or until the program start date (part-time students excluded),
e) Not have been insured under Article 4 of Law No. 5510 in the month preceding the application (part-time students excluded),
f) Not be insured under Article 5 of Law No. 5510 at the time of application,
g) Meet the household income requirement (total household income not exceeding three times the net minimum wage),
ğ) Not currently benefit from other active labor force or unemployment insurance programs offered by İŞKUR,
h) Be an active associate, undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student at the contracting university (not an open or distance education student, and not have a frozen or inactive registration).
Application Process and Draw
Applications will be accepted between 13–17 October 2025 via genclik.iskur.gov.tr. Applications may also be submitted through the İŞKUR Youth Platform, the İŞKUR Mobile Application, or via the ALO 170 Communication Line.
The participant selection will be made by lottery draw conducted before a notary public, and the date, time, and venue of the draw will be announced on the AYBU announcements page.
