‘Contemporary Perspective on Law Roundable Talk X’ event was held at our faculty in cooperation with Tashkent Law University.

The ‘Contemporary Perspective on Law Roundable Talk X’ event, which was held in
cooperation with Tashkent University of Law, was held online on 15.11.2024. The opening
speeches of the event were made by our Dean Prof. Dr. Neslihan KARATAŞ DURMUŞ and
Prof. Dr. Said Gulmayov, Head of Cyber Law Department of Tashkent Law University. Then,
in the session moderated by Ass. Prof. Dr. Samet TATAR, one of the faculty members of our
faculty, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Belkıs VURAL ÇELENK made a presentation titled ‘Online
Hearings in Turkish Civil Courts’; Dr. Bihter KAYTAZ EKER made a presentation titled
‘Artificial Intelligence (AI) is Everywhere: Can Al Replace Human Arbitrators in the Task of
Decision Making?’ presentation. Afterwards, Islombek Abduhakimov from Tashkent Law
University made a presentation titled ‘Ethical Use of Al’; Pulatov Temur made a presentation
titled ‘Legal Aspects of Regulating Ceripto Actives in Uzbekistan’ and Kozimov Nizomiddin
made a presentation titled ‘Modernising Legal Practice: The Role of Legaltech’. The event
ended after the question and answer session.
