227th Wednesday Seminar of AYBU School of Law was held by Research Assistant Kubra Acer, from Civil Procedure & Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law Department, on the “Child Delivery and Establishing Personal Relationship with the Child after Law No. 7343”.
In her presentation, she firstly touched upon the abolition of the regulations concerning execution of the court decrees on the child delivery and establishing personal relationship with the child through the Law No. 7343. Then she particularly discussed the relevant provisions of the Child Protection Law, which introduced the new rules in this context.
By comparing the changes brought by the Law No. 7343 with the old rules; she evaluated the current case with regard to the fulfilment of the court decrees on child delivery and establishing personal relationship with the child.
