221. Wednesday Seminar was presented by Res. Assist. Nagehan Çakır on "Joint Custody After Divorce".
Res. Assist. Çakır, in her presentation, firstly explained the definition, legal nature, purpose and scope of the custody. She further referred the concept of joint custody and its applications. She, then, evaluated the joint custody practice in Turkish Family Law in light of current judicial decisions.
The program ended with a Q&A session (30.03.2022).
