220. Wednesday Seminar of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law was presented by Res. Assist. Sıdıka Buluş, from Department of Labor and Social Security Law, on the topic: “Legal Nature of Digital Platform Workers".
Res. Assist. Buluş, firstly explained the concept of digital platform and touched upon the working models emerging within the scope of this platform. She further evaluated some judicial decisions that can be taken into account in determining the legal nature of workers through the platform - by illustrating Uber.
The program ended with a Q&A session (23.03.2022).
