212. Wednesday Seminar – ‘Legal Liability arising from Hospital Admission Agreements’ was held

In the 212^th Wednesday Seminar, Res. Assist. Tuğçe Kılıçgil Çiçek from our Faculty’s Civil Law Department gave a presentation titled “Legal Liability Arising from Hospital Admission Agreements”.

Res. Assist. Tuğçe Kılıçgil Çiçek first explained the types and definitions of Hospital Admission Agreements. Following, she discussed the differences between these agreements. Lastly, the cases of legal liability arising from these agreements examined in light of the doctrine and judicial decisions.

After the enlightening presentation of Res. Assist. Tuğçe Kılıçgil Çiçek, the Q&A session took place and then the program ended. (08.12.2021)
