The symposium titled as ‘Amendments on Tax Laws through the Law No. 7338’, started with the opening speeches of our Dean – Prof. Dr. Hayri Bozgeyik, the Head of Fiscal Law Department – Prof. Dr. Yusuf Ziya Taşkan and the Head of Fiscal Law Department of Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Faculty of Law – Prof. Dr. Gülsen Güneş has been held online by our Faculty’s Tax Rights Chair (VEHAK) in collaboration with BAU on 27 November 2021.
In the first session of this symposium, topic on the amendments to the Income Tax Law was presented by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Yasemin Taşkın and Sworn Financial Advisor Sakıp Şeker.
In the second session, contributions were made with their presentations on the amendments to the Tax Procedure Law by İdris Şenyurt, Sworn Financial Advisor and independent auditor Recep Bıyık ve Dr. Başar Soydan.
