210th Wednesday Seminar organised by the AYBU Faculty of Law has been held with a
presentation of Res. Assist. Gözdenur Güllü from Civil Law Department and the title of the
presentation was ‘Digital Heritage’.
Firstly, Res. Assist. Gözdenur Güllü provided two cases related to Digital Heritage. Then, she
clarified key terminology on digital heritage and discussed whether digital assets can be taken as
part of heritage. Subsequently, a Turkish court case on the transfer of digital heritage to
inheritors was analyzed.
After the enlightening presentation of Res. Assist. Gözdenur Güllü, the Q&A session took place
