IV. Commercial Law International Symposium was organised by our Faculty. The main theme of this online Symposium was ‘An Interdisciplinary Approach to Commercial Law’.
The opening speeches of the Symposium were made by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Hayri Bozgeyik and our Rector, Prof. Dr. Ibrahim Aydinli. Following the opening speeches; 36 papers were presented through 9 sessions in 2 different saloons. The symposium, in which the participation was intense, was broadcasted simultaneously on our Faculty’s YouTube channel. And the questions of participants from YouTube have been answered by the respective presenters. Hereby, an exemplary symposium of the “new normal” after Covid-19 was held in our Faculty.
In the symposium, interdisciplinary issues between commercial law AND civil procedure law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, law of obligations, labour and social security law, criminal law, comparative law were discussed.
