Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law’s 208th Wednesday Seminar event was held as a program in which the presentation titled “Basic Principles of Judgment in Islamic Law” conducted by Research Assistant Büşra GÖK, who is in the Islamic Law Department of our Faculty.
In her presentation, Research Assistant Büşra GÖK first gave information about the importance of the judiciary in Islamic Law and the legitimacy of the judiciary. Subsequently, within the framework of the letter that Hz. Ömer sent to Ebu Musa El-Eşari, the basic principles of the trial in Islamic Law were discussed.
After the enlightening presentation of research Assistant Büşra GÖK, the question-and-answer session was started, and the program ended (27.10.2021).
