At the AYBU Faculty of Law’s 207th Wednesday Seminar, Elif Almila PANCAROĞLU, a Research Assistant in Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law, delivered a presentation entitled “Law No. 6284 and Its Effects on Criminal Procedure Law”.
In her presentation, Elif Almila PANCAROĞLU first gave information about the purpose and scope the Law No. 6284 and talked about the concept of violence. Then, focusing on the impacts of the Law No. 6284 on the Criminal Procedure Law, she analysed the following issues: mediation, the legal nature of forced imprisonment, the problems of authority and the right to a fair trial.
