The 206th Wednesday Seminar of Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University Faculty of Law was held with a presentation on “Invitation to Clarify (under the Tax Law)” by Research Assistant Dilara Karlı from the AYBU Tax Law Department.
Res. Assist Dilara Karlı first gave information about the origins of invitation to clarify. Then, she explained the conditions of invitation to clarify and responsible institutions. Following, Res. Assist. Dilara Karlı analysed preliminary determination and special procedures in invitation to clarify. After the informative presentation of Res.
