Our Faculty’s Head of the Comparative Law Department Prof. Dr. Seldağ GÜNEŞ PESCHKE attended Law Days, which was held online between 24-26 May 2021, hosted by Uludağ University. Prof. Dr. GÜNEŞ PESCHKE presented her paper titled “Effects of the Pandekt Law on the on the Formation of European Contract Law” in the first session on “Issues of Law of Obligations from the Roman Law to the Present”.
