Within the scope of the 239th Wednesday Seminar, titled as Plagiarism and Administrative Sanctions in terms of Academic Personnel, firstly the concept of plagiarism will be defined and which types of actions accepted as plagiarism will be touched upon. Then plagiarism-related regulations in Turkish Law will be referred. In the end, the seminar will conclude with the explanation on the administrative sanctions (as well as the procedure and principles with regard to these sanctions) that may be incurred in case of plagiarism by academic staff.
