232. Wednesday Seminar will be held by Research Assistant Miray ÖZHAN, from Administrative Law Department, on “Applicable Legal Remedies for Public Officials Exposed to Mobbing”. Firstly, the concept of mobbing (psychological harassment in the workplace) and the elements of mobbing will be referred. Then, in the light of legislation and judicial decisions, the special aspects of mobbing in the public-workplace will be explained. Finally, the administrative and judicial remedies that can be applied by public officials, who are exposed to mobbing, will be examined and the effectiveness of those legal remedies will be evaluated.
